  • Supported 5 Companies in achievement of ISO 9000 Accreditation, with 100% success:-

-          Trained and developed over 50 Quality System Auditors

-          Provided over 200 hours in 1-2-1 Mentoring

  • Co-author / Technical Consultant on 176-page Workbook on ISO 9000, commissioned by IMI, launched nationally by An Taoiseach, Sept. 1992.
  • Provided Consultancy support to a wide range of manufacturing companies (2 in Northern Ireland) in assessment of work practices, and work-related problem-solving:

-          Over 500 hours spent supporting these companies

-          Over 100 hours spent in 1-2-1 Mentoring

  • From August 2000 to July 2003, worked as a medium-term expert, on behalf of IMI International, and GOPA International Consultants on the EU-China Programme for the Development of Vocational Training for Industry. Worked on 4 different projects, in 4 Chinese provinces, promoting Quality Management, Production Management and Logistics, performing detailed Training Needs Assessments, Training Materials Development, and Training Delivery. My input was featured on Central China Television. Much of the 3-year assignment was spent on 1-2-1 Mentoring (Train the Trainers)

  • Was employed in company start-ups, and technical transfer of products and processes to Ireland, at management level, with international companies such as GE Superabrasives, GM (Packard) and Semperit
  • Planned, controlled and implemented the start-up of a new manufacturing plant, in Enniscorthy, employing and developing 80 people – Janelle Ltd.
  • Developed 22 Training Instructors for GE
  • Developed 14 Quality Assurance and Control Technicians for FAS
